Furnished with basics furnitures and light toned colours to avoid clutter in the limited space, the studio apartment below is able to fulfill the tenants daily needs for living with a bedroom space, a study area, and a kitchen.

The Catalogue

6 years ago, I was shown a catalogue, The Catalogue.
I pointed my finger to one of the items and said, "I want this".

Without much thoughts of it. I went on my way.
Along the way, many many people had introduced me to other catalogues.
Some showed me riches with a price to pay.
Some showed me more than I've expected with guarantees of a wealthier life.

Of course, I was tempted to try being as curious as I am.

Today, right as I am. I realise, I would like to look back at The Catalogue shown to me 6 years ago and say again out loud, "I would STILL like to have this".





That's my focus.

Finally the results~

Kinda pleased with the results for the interior renderings.. Had lots of exteriors too but don think it's up to being posted just yet. Have to do more experimentations to it before being posted. Till then, I'M GONNA EXPOSE MYSELF TO EXTERIOR RENDERINGS!!!

Summary:

1. Render a few but make it killing.

2. Choose your best one and stick to your point of perspective.

3. It's nice but not impressive.

4. Lacks the ambience. Its cold.

5. Crucial key for owners to decide.

6. Design around LIFESTYLE!!!

7. We're 'LIFESTYLE DESIGNERS'!!!



Conclusion:

Redo and retry again. Change the outfit and impress him!!!! DO NOT LET GO OF THIS SECOND CHANCE!!!!!!!!!

Double Volume Void

Another project from Alam Impian housing development. The main emphasize was the double volume void above the dining area and the louvers where sun rays can be seen pouring in.

New Open Concept Layout

The main point in this perspective was the straight staircase and the open concept where the living, dining, and kitchen are connected as one space. Simple colours and furnitures are used in this scene.
